The clients came to our team looking for a thermal improvement solution for an existing apartment.

During the visits and meetings that took place, we realized that there could be something more, and the project ended up being an update and improvement of a large part of the apartment's partitions.

An innovative cork solution was implemented from the inside, as there was no room for improvement from the outside. All the exterior walls and ceilings had to be plastered and painted. An electric underfloor heating system was also implemented in the bathrooms and kitchen, creating thermal uniformity between all the living spaces.

This major intervention meant that the finishes were revisited, such as changing the flooring in the bedroom areas, ceramic tiles in the bathroom area of the suite and also the application of carefully selected wallpaper on some of the walls.

The final result reflects the evolution of an idea, which arose from an essential premise, and evolved into a more complete intervention.
